NBTRF’s research objective is to build the centre for research with reputation as a place for excellent research, where new and exciting technologies will emerge. The Office of Technology Transfer will be encouraged in making more and more success stories in exploiting technologies. Our success will be measured by the success in bringing ideas to the market and to the patient. Our objectives:

To support researchers in protecting and commercializing their inventions.

• To help researchers in securing funding for developing and validating their technologies in order to increase the commercialization potential.
• To facilitate the transfer of research innovations from the laboratory to the clinic through timely commercialization
• To engage with a variety of companies mainly through cooperation and licensing our technologies but also through strategic partnerships.

Technology transfer nowadays has become accepted in the scientific community and in industry. It is much more than just patents .It is an evolving trends of novel funding schemes through strategic partnerships and public grants to validate early inventions. in order to pave the way for ground-breaking technologies.
